The Purpose
My COmputer Career hired TheeDigital to modernize their brand and website.
Despite experiencing rapid growth, My Computer Career had ambitious goals and required assistance in achieving them. I spearheaded the entire project, starting from in-depth research and recommendations, all the way to launching and continuously enhancing the website.
Through thorough UX and brand research, I uncovered various areas for enhancement and opportunities to implement innovative solutions that revolutionized the website's focus. The result was a significant improvement in all key performance indicators, driving remarkable success for My Computer Career.
UX Research
I led extensive UX research to define a clear project scope and plan for success. Through an analysis of initial analytics data, I validated and compared findings with stakeholder and user interviews. By examining the previous website analytics, I was able to pinpoint areas where users were dropping off and identify opportunities for improvement based on industry best practices. User personas and journeys provided valuable insights, highlighting key touchpoints and potential areas for impactful changes. With a mobile-first design approach, the website was optimized to cater to the majority of website traffic. Additionally, by identifying entry and exit points, I was able to refine the site flow and ensure optimized functionality.
Branding
Logo Design
I started with a page of sketches, exploring various concepts and imagery that would perfectly reflect the essence of the brand. The initial idea that emerged was the combination of symbols representing the internet, a heart, and the letter C. This concept beautifully encompasses the fusion of technology, humanity, care, passion, and love that defines My Computer Career's brand at its core. The second concept blends symbols of a pillar, a torch, and stairs, symbolizing the values of integrity, excellence, and personal growth that lie at the heart of My Computer Career.

Success was achieved
The new website was launched with great success. Impression feedback was overwhelmingly positive as well as analytic data on user views, depth, bounce-rate, and conversions.
